Human Rights and Labor Policy
Unique Sound based on the management philosophy of “Respect for Human Dignity,” we are committed to respecting and ensuring human dignity and the rights based on it. To this end, we have established the following “Human Rights and Labor Policy” and faithfully implement it.
- We endorse international norms and standards related to human rights and labor, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and core conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO). We comply with labor laws in all countries and regions where we operate.
- We cultivate a working environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, free from any form of coercion, harassment, or intimidation, whether verbal, physical, or psychological.
- We prohibit all forms of discrimination based on gender, race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, marital status, religion, political affiliation, union membership, or social status, and ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
- We do not subject employees to unjust confinement or force them to perform labor against their will, either physically or mentally.
- We guarantee the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with the labor laws and regulations of each country and region.
- We adhere to regulations regarding minimum wage, minimum employment age, and working hours as stipulated by labor laws in each country and region.
